How do I redeem the DQT voucher?

Find a suitable DQT voucher on ePercentOff, copy the promo code and then put all your favorites in the shopping cart. In the order overview you will then see a field in which you can enter the DQT voucher code. With a click on "Done" the discount will be calculated and the total amount will be reduced accordingly.

Is the DQT voucher code still valid?

A DQT discount code usually has a limited promotional period. This states how long the voucher is valid. If the voucher campaign is over, the price advantage can unfortunately no longer be taken into account.

I entered the voucher code incorrectly. What now?

Keep calm and re-enter the voucher code. The safest and fastest way is, however, if you do not enter the code manually, but via copy & paste. You have to copy the voucher code to the cache on our portal and then paste it into the voucher field with a click of the mouse.

Which coupon conditions do I have to consider?

In order to be able to redeem a DQT coupon code, you must take all coupon conditions into account. Check the following here: Does the coupon apply exclusively to new customers? Can the coupon be applied to all offers or are certain offers excluded from the promotion? Also, note that you can only redeem one coupon per order. If there is a specific coupon number, it is also essential to enter the code completely correctly. It is best to use the convenient copy & paste function on our portal.

Can I cancel my DQT order?

If you want to cancel an unpaid order, log into your customer account and click on "My Orders". Then click the "Cancel" button next to the order in question. If you want to cancel an already paid order, you can do so while your order is still being processed. Go to your customer account and click on "My Messages". Send a message to support and ask for a cancellation. If your order has already been sent, cancellation is no longer possible.
